Jana Shelfer:

Are you ready to create a life you crave? Let's spin that doom loop of negativity into an upward success cycle and start Living Lucky®. Good morning. I'm Janell, I'm Jason and we are Living Lucky®. You are, too, dr Joe Dispenza. I am a fan.

Jason Shelfer:

I'm a fan.

Jana Shelfer:

Now, if you listened to our last podcast, you know that I will be front row and center of his funeral.

Jason Shelfer:

Celebration of life.

Jana Shelfer:

Now I don't want to spread rumors that he's passing away. It's nothing like that. You'll have to go back and listen.

Jason Shelfer:

So I think, the way Dr Joe Dispenza is going, he's probably going to live for a long, long time.

Jana Shelfer:

Because he's constantly healing himself and because I am his number one fan and I wake up every morning at 4 am.

Jason Shelfer:

And you're meditating, you're following, you're on this protocol of self-healing, self-development, self-growth.

Jana Shelfer:

Yes, I will be living that long as well.

Jason Shelfer:

Correct.

Jana Shelfer:

Now here's the thing we are studying, the formula, which is a Dr Joe Dispenza course, and in it he says your personality creates-.

Jason Shelfer:

Your personal reality.

Jana Shelfer:

Your personal reality, jason, and I believe that, I believe that in my core.

Jason Shelfer:

Well, and what's funny is we've talked about this. We haven't had necessarily the full talk track and the vernacular to get there all together, but for the last eight or nine years these are the things that we put together. Is that we do the things that we do because of the way we think and the way we feel about things he has put?

Jason Shelfer:

scientific research, to everything that I have discovered from my divine downloads, my divine downloads yes, and just my experiences and the way we've reflected on and really dissected what has gone on in our lives.

Jana Shelfer:

Seriously from just my journals and my writing and everything my life experience. He has put scientific discoveries and scientific lingo to everything that we have figured out.

Jason Shelfer:

Yeah.

Jana Shelfer:

And that's why I love him so much. Anyway, so we're in this class and he says personality, which is your thoughts, your feelings and your behaviors, that's what's called your personality, which is also your state.

Jason Shelfer:

Mm-hmm.

Jana Shelfer:

That is what inspires your personal reality.

Jason Shelfer:

Your experience of life.

Jana Shelfer:

When he says this, jason sits up and starts making notes and I look over at him and I'm like huh, and I look over at him and I'm like huh. And then we also kind of like laugh a little bit when Dr Joe in the meditations, dr Joe has this Love energy, love energy. Feel it, feel it more and we laugh and it kind of we giggle about it and we have like this little inside joke where we look at each other and we kind of make goo goo eyes at each other.

Jason Shelfer:

However, we also both say I like it yeah because it works, and you actually had a conversation with him several months ago about this, the way it sounds and the way like the, the way we take it, because we had talked about it kind of before and when you were talking with him on Zoom about it, he's like he goes. I know, I know.

Jana Shelfer:

He did, he goes. I know they tell me this is what's best and this is what's most impactful scientifically. Scientifically, when he gets into that tonality, the tone of voice.

Jason Shelfer:

The hurts the vibrational frequency.

Jana Shelfer:

That's what speaks to our subconscious minds and it does, it does.

Jason Shelfer:

It works. It's so funny. It works and there's so many people out there right now that are going.

Jana Shelfer:

I don't know what you guys are talking about.

Jason Shelfer:

You're talking about Joe Dispenza, he's woo woo. Well, you know what the dang microwave was woo-woo when people first started talking about it and everyone in the world is using one right now. That's in a first world country.

Jana Shelfer:

And that's why I'm so glad you brought that up, jason. No-transcript. Eat breathe. Dr Joe Dispenza is my he is my dictionary. He is my mentor. He is exactly my systems my go-to mentor. When I need to know something, I go to Dr Joe Dispenza. I love his work and I think he is the leader.

Jason Shelfer:

And he's one of the litmus test for the things that we go through and when we say, all right, what's working for us in our lives, what's moving the needle and okay, well, now let's go look and see. Is Joe Dispenza doing anything in this realm?

Jana Shelfer:

Yes, so I talk about him a lot, I study him, I use his meditations, I follow him. He is where I see myself, he is the looking glass for me. And this is what I want to talk about, because it feels to me that when I start talking about Dr Joe Dispenza's work and people who have never heard of his work, or have heard but not studied. They start looking at me like I have a unicorn horn.

Jason Shelfer:

Like who is this crazy witch doctor from another planet that you are talking about?

Jana Shelfer:

And the most the most obvious place is at the physical therapy.

Jason Shelfer:

Office, yes, clinic, whatever you want to call it. There are a lot of students that have just so you've got the licensed physical therapist, you've got the person that's overseeing it, and then you've got the new students that are actually learning about how to become a physical therapist.

Jana Shelfer:

Yes, and then you've got me, who is a paraplegic, and I have been injured for 34 years, for 34 years and I have not had. I mean, I have been paralyzed for 34 years and all of a sudden in my mid life, I am changing my beliefs into I'm going to walk again, I am regenerating my spinal cord.

Jason Shelfer:

Well, now, this is the other facts in here, because how many years ago was it that we started doing the Jodasunza meditations? Four, four years ago, and there's been physical manifestations and progress towards movement.

Jana Shelfer:

There has never been.

Jason Shelfer:

Tiny movements In the last 34 years.

Jana Shelfer:

Tiny movements.

Jason Shelfer:

There have been tiny movements that have not been within the time of paraplegia.

Jana Shelfer:

As what about? Bob would say baby steps, Baby steps.

Jason Shelfer:

Baby steps. So when you start doing the processes and the frameworks within the Joe Dispenza world and mindset and, granted, we had leaned into this a while ago but didn't have the belief systems and didn't have some of the other things that we had to come to on our own conclusions and our own learnings when we put these practices into play and start creating results based on this new belief system and understanding that our bodies are incredible, miraculous vessels that are built on healing themselves and create chemicals that release themselves, based on our brains telling them and our thoughts and our emotions telling our brains to release these chemicals, to heal, to feel, to experience. Mm-hmm, that is crazy and we now see you like, activate your pineal gland and release like these chemicals, he said pineal Pineal.

Jana Shelfer:

I know you all are out there. I was knocking my penis gland out.

Jason Shelfer:

What did he just say? You're like.

Jana Shelfer:

I just watched the Saturday Night Live Beavis and Buttheads. That's right With Ryan. What's his?

Jason Shelfer:

name Ryan Reynolds.

Jana Shelfer:

Ryan Holmes who played in the Barbie movie Ryan Reynolds. No, it wasn't Ryan Reynolds. Ryan.

Jason Shelfer:

Gosling, the other Ryan, the Ryan, nobody knows everyone knows him.

Jana Shelfer:

the notebook, yes, the other Ryan, the Ryan, nobody knows?

Jason Shelfer:

Oh, everyone knows him. Everyone knows him. The Notebook yes, everyone knows him. That's why, yes, they just call him the Notebook guy.

Jana Shelfer:

Yeah, I know, I love that movie.

Jason Shelfer:

They don't call him Ryan Reynolds. Anyway yeah, so anyway or.

Jana Shelfer:

Gosling. Oh gosh, what were we talking about?

Jason Shelfer:

We were talking about the penis clan. Oh gosh, what were we?

Jana Shelfer:

talking about? We were talking about the penis gland, no the pineal. Oh, people are so confused.

Jason Shelfer:

No, they're not. We're talking about the pineal gland and how our bodies are just magnificent beings of health.

Jana Shelfer:

They are. They are If we believe them to be.

Jason Shelfer:

And also if we get out of our dis-ease.

Jana Shelfer:

Okay, so my whole point is that I'm in this physical therapy room with all of these recent graduates who are studying at universities, and they are not studying the Joe Dispenza way they're studying future health. They're studying from textbooks.

Jason Shelfer:

They're studying back medieval health on. Put them on a rack, put them on these machines and then manipulate their bodies.

Jana Shelfer:

Yeah, and so when I started talking about Joe Dispenza, they kind of start tuning me out.

Jason Shelfer:

They're like I gotta go creep this girl is a little bit out there. She's wacko Jacko, we gotta go A little bit out there. She's wacko Jacko, we got to go.

Jana Shelfer:

However, they are young enough to be open-minded.

Jason Shelfer:

I will give them that and we have so much access to information now that they can actually go and Google and get good information.

Jana Shelfer:

That is true and say all right.

Jason Shelfer:

Well, what are some scientific studies that show this is possible? That is true. And then they can do their own experiments. So trust but verify, but don't discount and say and naysay without doing your own research is what I would say.

Jana Shelfer:

That is why information is going to start raising at a more rapid pace.

Jason Shelfer:

And you also have to be careful of that crazy disinformation out there.

Jana Shelfer:

Oh, it's called fake news. Fake news that can start rapidly going out of control.

Jason Shelfer:

Yeah and don't let the fake news create a disillusion of the fact that there is some powerful, powerful, progressive new news that is available, and that's Joe Dispenza, and it's not new. The thing is he's been doing this for 20-something years, a long time.

Jana Shelfer:

Yeah, he started with what the bleep?

Jason Shelfer:

That's what I said. I did too. Years, a long time. Yeah, he started with what the bleep? That's what I said.

Jana Shelfer:

I did remember when do you remember when I had this painter? Do you remember when she came over and she did?

Jason Shelfer:

the faux painting.

Jana Shelfer:

Yes, she did the faux painting and she completely overcharged me and she painted the wrong color, so we had like an orange basketball. Yeah, we had orange and green and it was like really bad. And then she this, she made it right and then she made it really cool because then I had another painter come. But she told me what's really weird is I look back and I go isn't it odd? She suggested that I watch this movie called what the bleep, and I remember watching it, thinking why would she think that I would like this movie?

Jana Shelfer:

she's a whack job right I remember thinking why would she think that I would like this movie? There's nothing about this movie that I would like I don't resonate with this crap right. But now I'm like oh, I get it now.

Jason Shelfer:

I can watch that three times a week. That's like my old trip to McDonald's.

Jana Shelfer:

Oh, it's so funny. I look back and I think, oh, the signs were there. The signs were there and it's almost like I don't know if you call it God or my spirit angels, but it's like the dots were being connected when the student is ready.

Jason Shelfer:

I just wasn't aware. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

Jana Shelfer:

Right.

Jason Shelfer:

Yes.

Jana Shelfer:

When the student is ready. And I was a dim student. Dim sum, I was a little dim. It's taken me 49 years, aren't we all? Aren't we all? We're all waiting for that?

Jason Shelfer:

next level of elevation in our spiritual curriculum of life Right. But, that's part of living. Lucky is just knowing that we're in it and we're growing towards it.

Jana Shelfer:

Well, it's time to graduate. I will say that.

Jason Shelfer:

Amen sister.

Jana Shelfer:

All right, well, thanks for joining us, dr Joe Dispenza.

Jason Shelfer:

Dr Joe, we'll see you when you're in Orlando next.
