Speaker 1:

Are you ready to create a life you crave? Let's spin that doom loop of negativity into an upward success cycle and start living lucky. Good morning. I'm Jadda, I'm Jason and we are living lucky Damn right we are. Do you ever feel out of balance?

Speaker 2:

I know a lot of people right now are feeling out of balance across the world.

Speaker 1:

Okay, let's talk more about this. Jason was bringing up some topics right before I hit record and it actually brought me teary-eyed because you really struck something deep within me. You were saying there's three body parts that define our equilibrium.

Speaker 2:

Well. So physically, I get very visual when I think about things and for me, balance, a lot of times I think of well, what does balance mean just in my body, not in the world, but in my body.

Speaker 1:

I would say most people would say it's in their ears. You know, like most people, yeah, they're equilibrium. Right, because I hear people talk about vertigo a lot. So the first thing that came up for me is if we're going with a literal definition of balance. People would say it's in their ears.

Speaker 2:

Well, let's start there, then, because a lot of people, I think, if you've ever had vertigo, if you've ever gotten off of something, your ears are ringing and you don't have balance in there and I can't remember I don't know what it's called, but there's tubes within your ears that carry liquids and when you get those liquids all out of whack, right, you get out of balance, right. Well, to me, when you're going through life and you have a dream, you have a calling on your soul, or you're trying something new, and you and your friends are saying, or your family's saying, oh, you can't do that, or you're too dumb for this, you're too fat for this, you're too skinny for this, you're too old to try that, you're too young to try that, are you?

Speaker 1:

crazy, yeah, all these. What gives you the idea that you could ever accomplish that?

Speaker 2:

Yeah. So your soul is begging you to live fully and powerfully into the world.

Speaker 1:

And then you're hearing yeah, because my soul, literally, I mean I'm still going through it, but it's start. Mine started in 2014 and I literally started hearing a voice deep within my gut and it was saying Janna, there's something bigger and better.

Speaker 2:

Do you remember? Yeah, and then you hear that somebody in the outside world going who do you think you are?

Speaker 1:

And I'm like what is this bigger and better? Does it mean I need to go ask for a raise? And then I would go ask for a raise and they would be like are you crazy? Yeah, you're too good where you are. We pay you $28,000. People would do your job for free. You should just be grateful for where you're at, honey.

Speaker 2:

Little miss. Thing.

Speaker 1:

My gosh, we pay you in sunshine.

Speaker 2:

you live in Florida, yeah so you hear, so you have this calling in your soul like that. There's this whisper deep inside that says you're built for something greater and something, something fantastic and beautiful. And then someone on the outside or these, what you're not able to filter out says no, absolutely not.

Speaker 1:

Right and I felt almost like I was being gaslighted.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, like what's going on because my right, and so then you're out of balance.

Speaker 1:

So then I would ask myself the question what's wrong with me? Yeah, so now you're out of my crazy. I would ask myself those questions. Your brain's gonna answer that question and then, when you ask yourself those questions, guess what your brain does.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

It looks for evidence to prove yourself correct.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Okay so that that makes so much sense. That makes so much sense, okay so when we start? Okay so first of all, we start hearing. So it starts with our ears. Our equilibrium starts with our ears.

Speaker 2:

Balance of what we hear. That's the first thing people think of is is is their ears physically, when I think of balance. But consider this I'm a people watcher right.

Speaker 1:

So let's go to our eyes. Yes, good to our eyes.

Speaker 2:

Next, so imagine Standing on a tightrope or doing the slack line or a balance beam or something like that, and when you have a frame of reference, because your eyes are open, right, it's much easier than if you tried to do it with your eyes closed. So if you were standing on like a stork and you closed your eyes, right. So you're standing on one leg, eyes open. You're golden Mm-hmm most people, or some people, right but you close your eyes in a couple seconds later.

Speaker 2:

You start getting a little wobbly okay because, visually, you're able to keep your frame of reference and your your muscular system will hold you in balance.

Speaker 1:

I'm thinking of the karate kid, I think everyone out there on the canoe in the front of the boat.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so when we're interacting with people or when we're watching people respond to us visually and their facial expression and their micro expressions, they get the hairy eyeball. Yeah, they give you the stink eye. They're like who does that person think they are? They squinch their face up and right so you can actually See how people are reacting to your dreams and your thoughts.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, I know I kid you not. The reason that I have these wrinkles on my forehead and on and between my my eyebrows, it's not because I am Scrunch-facing other people's dreams. It's because people have been scrunch-facing my dreams and I'm just in rapport with them.

Speaker 2:

So you're out of balance, you're, you're scrunching your own dream.

Speaker 1:

So I'm scrunching my own dreams because I tell them. I mean, for the longest time, I was even scared to sing my dreams out loud. I still am.

Speaker 2:

I still am sure you got big dreams and I can barely I can barely see them in the bathroom mirror when I'm naked. Hello, I'll help you work on that.

Speaker 1:

But I kid you not. Sometimes I feel like I would start to say things to people and they would look at me like Are you freaking?

Speaker 2:

an Alien? Yeah, who do you think? Again, it comes back to who do you think you are?

Speaker 1:

who do you think you are? Why do you?

Speaker 2:

think you're special. Well, you know what? We're all special special.

Speaker 1:

We just have to claim it. I'm God's favorite. I'm.

Speaker 2:

God's favorite.

Speaker 1:

And so are you Right. You just have to exactly.

Speaker 2:

Claim it and own it Exactly and believe it.

Speaker 1:

Oh my gosh, start living lucky dang it.

Speaker 2:

Thank you, thank you, it's just a belief system, and then surround yourself with the people that are supporting that and that you can support that for.

Speaker 1:

So third body part yeah, tell me what's the third body part, because if I'm thinking of equilibrium, I'm thinking of maybe the pendulum that goes up and down.

Speaker 2:

Oh the dango. No, that's my balancing rod, this feet, and so this is weird, talking with a paraplegic about feet. Yeah, so for 15 years you had, you were walking on your feet. Okay, as a baby, you watch a lot of babies get up on their feet and fall down immediately, okay, so when we're learning to walk on our feet, our feet have thousands of muscles and tendons. I don't know how many muscles and tendons. I'm not a. I'm not a.

Speaker 1:

Well, just make up a statistic. You usually just make up numbers.

Speaker 2:

Well, there's lots of muscles, tendons, ligaments and all that in our feet, that kind of work together to give us balance.

Speaker 1:

Right.

Speaker 2:

Okay. So, when we know what our dream is in our heart, when we know the things that we want to be doing and could be doing to follow that dream, if we stay on that path and we're walking and we're moving in the direction, of walking toward it then we're in balance.

Speaker 1:

But when we're not.

Speaker 2:

We are going where we're supposed to be going. So our soul, our spirit, our bodies, our minds, everything is like our north star. When you talk about, are you aligned like alignment right?

Speaker 1:

Right, I talk about that a lot.

Speaker 2:

All the time and that's part of the Living Lucky program. But when we're not, like when somebody makes us veer off, or when we decide to veer off because we've made that decision to go follow somebody else or go do something else that's not in congruence with what we want, we end up out of balance. So we create imbalance in our lives and we create balance in our lives, and those are just a simple way of thinking why do I okay, so why do I always feel like I create the balance and other people create the imbalance?

Speaker 2:

Because we're not looking at where we're making decisions to, and that's, I think there are a lot of.

Speaker 2:

That runs into people pleasing and saying yes to things that we really don't want to say, yes to, which take our feet off the path of where we really need to be going, so we in the back of our mind we were thinking I do want to help people, so that's incongruence, but this is not the most value value add portion of my time, like I'm not spending my time as wisely as I should be or could be and I'm doing something that really doesn't make sense for anything that's on my path and it's really seems useless for somebody else's path, because most people are so out of balance they're just doing something crazy, like they're just spinning, so people drag us into their spinning vortex. To help them just do activities that don't get them anywhere.

Speaker 1:

But people are so busy being busy.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Have you noticed that we're all so damn busy being busy so?

Speaker 2:

activity without a vision and a plan and where you're going is really just a nightmare, so like activity without a dream behind it is a nightmare.

Speaker 1:

I'm telling you I know that I have spoken about this before, but I have been really intentionally unsubscribing from emails that do not serve me anymore.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And it has been hurting some feelings, Feelings Well and they're friends.

Speaker 2:

It's just, it's not. It's nothing more than feelings.

Speaker 1:

I know it was.

Speaker 2:

My eyes adored you Wrong song, but not anymore, because I got things I got to get done.

Speaker 1:

You don't adore me anymore you, he just sang that he doesn't adore me anymore.

Speaker 2:

for you, not to you.

Speaker 1:

Oh, create some balance. Schelfer with your eyes and my ears, so filter out.

Speaker 2:

Walk toward me, right. Well, so the thing is, make sure you have a vision for what you want in life. Ok, so you can be walking on the right path. Make sure you filter out, like cultivate the people and the things that you want to see in your environment.

Speaker 1:

This is really good, so start creating the environment that you want. I love it.

Speaker 2:

So that you don't have these negative voices coming from the outside. We have enough negative voices in our head, right. So we're we're training their voice in our head to be better and we're filtering out the the crap that's coming at us so we don't get off balance from the outside world. And then we're filtering what we're watching so that we don't get off balance visually.

Speaker 1:

And most importantly, if you ask me, it is about getting still and really tuning in to the voice within, because we all have that inner voice and if we can tap into that infinite intelligence, that power of God, that voice of knowing that lives within all of us, we will find potential and limitless possibilities that we didn't even know existed.

Speaker 2:

There's energy there that is just and you show up so much more powerfully and reach your goals and and be on your path so much more effectively. I agree, when you tap into that inner gold which is what our workshop is all about.

Speaker 1:

And our workshop starts on Tuesday, which I'm so so so excited about yeah absolutely yeah. So if you would like to join, you can tomorrow is the last day you can sign up. Last day or today.

Speaker 2:

Today is the last day you can sign up.
