There is SO MUCH to try and figure out about health and fitness. Green Smoothies have become an integral part of our daily routine. The cost of that adds up, whether you're growing your own veggies, or buying them. Jason worked in a tomato packing house when he was young, and we are both aware that chemical pesticides and fertilizers are used in many agricultural operations.
